The stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid extreme temperature changes and do not place over a direct flame.

Delivery time approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Any personalization exceeding maximum limitations may be possible and is subject to additional charge.

Shipping and handling fee is 10%. This fee is reduced to 8% for orders over $2,000 retail value. It is reduced further to 5% for others over $10,000 retail value.

Late fee will be added to delinquent accounts shipped on open account 30 day net basis. Any account delinquent past 60 days may be subject to credit rating being downgraded and/or legal action.
